- A scan looks slow or stuck — the free service may take up to a minute to wake from idle. Leave the tab open; the scan resumes automatically.
- Report email didn't arrive — check spam for "Wilsonline" or "PQ Exposure Scanner". Still missing after 10 minutes? Email us with the address you scanned.
- Paid report access issues — email us with your Stripe receipt and we'll restore access or refund, your choice.
- Security note — the scanner will never ask for private keys or seed phrases. Anything that does is not us; report it.

- Playtest bug reports: email a description and, if you can, a screenshot or clip. Crash logs welcome.
- Playtest access requests: email with the subject "CAGED playtest".
